Tai Chi Easy - Mindful Movement

Did you ever want to learn Tai Chi but thought it might be too hard?  Tai Chi Easy uses just a few Tai Chi and Qi Gong movements that are beneficial for overall health and well-being.  The movements are slow, gentle and easy.  You’ll discover a sense of relaxation and peace with this fun practice.

Sound Healing with the Gong

Sound has been used for healing throughout history.  A gong bath is an experience where a gong is played, letting the sound and vibration wash over you.  It can lead you to a meditative state.  The overtones and frequencies can calm the nervous system and create a deep state of relaxation.
